can anyone rent thats under 25 in va beach?

Theres a group of guys and girls who range between college seniors and up to 26 years old. Can anyone point me in the direction of anyone willing to rent to this respectful and responsible group?

Well, let me throw out this recent discussion although it talks about both under 21 as well as under 25:

It will refer you to the ol%26#39; word search. As I say there, some hotels have no under 21, some the cut off is 25.

You might also look on vrbo and see what comes up. Don%26#39;t know if you actually mean a house for your large group or hotel rooms/suites.

While I guess a 26 year old could potentially sign a lease, you should make sure it%26#39;s okay that there are however many people and that they are all under 25...or whatever the ages are. You don%26#39;t want to arrive and be turned away or have your vacation interrupted.

Sorry for the hassle. I know it%26#39;s hard on a respectful responsible group.

Do let us know what you find out. It%26#39;s always great to update on this topic and hopefully someone else might chime in with what they%26#39;ve discovered.

Hi anonymous,

If you are referring to hotels, I%26#39;ve never heard of an age requirement for a hotel being as steep as 25 in this area. The hotels I%26#39;ve stayed in before I was 25, in VA Beach, gave no problem (but that was more than 7 years ago). I know in surrounding cities, it%26#39;s always been just 18 or 21. But, again, that%26#39;s for hotels. Maybe you were referring to house rentals?

I%26#39;ve heard the Cavalier is 25...and houses, vrbo.

Most hotels that mention an age at all...it%26#39;s 21.

In a quick look I saw a couple that said 18. If I ever have some time I should gather the info. However, then I%26#39;d have to double check with the hotel%26#39;s current into and...ay, too much to do:)

Anonymous0888, you might not have a problem if a lot of your group is over 21 but do ask and don%26#39;t just hope. I%26#39;ve heard of situations where a nice group got mixed with the bad boys who were found to be underage...and not questioned until they acted up...and it was a shorter vacation for all.

Let us know what you come up with.

Well everyone in the group is 21 or older. The group consists of two that are 21, three are 22, one is 24 and one is 26. I was really hoping for a house, condo, or apartment rental as opposed to a hotel. I was just wondering if anybody out there knew of a property owner in the area that would rent out to us.

We%26#39;ve addressed this issue before, here: tripadvisor.com/ShowTopic-g58277-i63-k230686…

If there%26#39;s a house that meets your fancy you might ask the rental agency (Sandbridge, Siebert or Atkinson) to ask the owner if it would be okay. You never know what the owner might say. Some rental owners are probably digging a little deeper for tenants this season than previous seasons. Be honest with who you and what your group is about and the worst they can do is say, ';no.';

In any case, you need to understand that every group of good-for-nothing yokels *say* that they are responsible and reputable so they may just not believe you.

Good luck!
