Rock the Block is a local street party, set on Prince George Street between Henry and Boundary, just one block from the Duke of Gloucester Street. It%26#39;s a benefit for the Williamsburg Land Conservancy, with food and entertainment. Here%26#39;s a link with more info: williamsburgweekends.com/…205.pdf
Also wanted to mention the Saturday morning Farmer%26#39;s Market. In addition to vendors selling locally grown produce, crab cakes, baked goods, fresh cut flowers, etc., there are usually chef demonstrations and entertainment. It%26#39;s held weekly in Merchants Square on the Duke of Gloucester Street. If you%26#39;re staying some place with kitchen facilities, you can pick up some fresh produce and crabcakes that can be fried or broiled, and have a delicious meal. Here%26#39;s the Farmer%26#39;s Market website: http://www.williamsburgfarmersmarket.com/
