Simply the best place to eat at Chincoteague. Our two nights in Chincoteague in Feb where we ate both meals at Bills were simply the most wonderful food on the island. Taste,price,service,were outstanding.

I agree-we enjoyed dinner and breakfast at Bill%26#39;s. Nothing fancy, just good food and very friendly!

Bill%26#39;s is always rated as one of the best places on the island --and should not be missed.

Visitors should not think it is the ONLY good place by far however -- as you can see from the Tripadvisor ratings.

Also very highly rated are the Sea Shell Cafe and Saigon Village. In fact, the Sea Shell is currently rated on Tripadvisor as the best place on the island! Both of these restaurants offer quality food that should not be missed. The new Mexican restaurant is very good, though not yet rated.

There are numerous exciting takeout options -- including Gary Howards for crabs and seafood and Woody%26#39;s barbeque stand. The Island Creamery has home made ice cream that ranks amongst the best in the country. Wine Cheese and More on Main Street has gourmet takeout for a relaxing picnic.

The message is -- there are many fine dining options on the island and you will not be disappointed. Go with what is rated and recommended and you will be happy!
