If you%26#39;re going to Busch Gardens for the day, you need to check out the ';Busch Gardens Meal Deal';. If you go to the Busch Gardens website, under ';Begin Purchase';, and then ';Dining';. On the middle of the screen you will see Busch Gardens Meal Deal. Once you get to that screen, scroll down until you see Busch Gardens Meal Deal. The price is $20. It is good for 2 meals, 2 sides, and 4 drinks. I purchased 2 of these plans for our trip this past week. So total, I spent $40. During lunch one day, we went to Trapper%26#39;s smokehouse. My wife and kids got the combo meal (beef briskit, 2 ribs, and smoked chicken with waffle fries). They also picked out a dessert and a regular drink. (if you didn%26#39;t want a dessert, you could get a side, like corn, baked beans etc.) The combo was 13.49, drink 2.79 and dessert 3.29) Total price for meal was $19.57 before tax, and I paid $10. Later that day we went to Das Festhaus and I got a combo (German Sampler platter: 2 sausages and 1/2 rack of ribs with hashbrown casserole) It was really good. I thought it was better than Trapper%26#39;s. The sampler platter was $12.89, and I also got a drink and dessert. We also had 4 extra drink coupons which we used mainly for the lemonade slush (and cherry) that they sell throughout the park. This is such a great deal if you are going to eat at the park. If you%26#39;re in the mood for Italian, check out the restaurant in Italy, they also had combo meals that were around $13
If you're going to Busch Gardens, you should read this
Thank you for posting this! I just purchased four of these for our family of eight. I had seen this the other day but had not looked closely enough at it to see what a deal it really is. I notice they have you put a name on each ticket. I randomly chose four names in our family. I am assuming it is ok for two people to go through line and choose two separate meals and drinks with one coupon????
If you're going to Busch Gardens, you should read this
For each meal deal you buy ($20), you will be given 4 tickets. Two of those tickets will say something about the ';Meal Deal';, and the other 2 will be used for the ';bonus'; drinks. You can get a soft drink with the drink coupons, but we used ours for the lemonade slush. Cool and refreshing on a hot day.
That does sound like a great deal. Do you know if you must use all the tickets on the same day, or can we use them for 1 lunch and a beverage on 2 different days? Are they dated?
I had bought the 7 day bounce tickets, so mine were good for only one week from the time I redeemed my e-tickets at the park.
We also have the 7 day tickets. We%26#39;re planning on at least 2-3 days at Busch Gardens. Do you know if we%26#39;re able to buy the Meal Deal'; and use it for 2 different days within the 7 consecutive days?
Yes, you can definitely do that. Do a combo meal one day, and then when you go back you can try a different place to eat. Me and my wife shared the meal at Trapper%26#39;s Smokehouse, and we were both pretty full after the meal and the dessert (strawberries topped with whipped cream). If you go to Das Festhaus, make sure you go when they are having a show. It was pretty entertaining, and they get the whole crowd involved. They also have a show right beside of the Italy restaurant. We didn%26#39;t get to eat there, or watch the show. Oh, maybe next time.
Great tip! Thanks for the heads up.
Jon-Glad you had a great trip. Will do meal deal and save $ thanks to you!
This sounds great!. What does the kids ticket include? Does anyone know?
I have 2 adults and 3 kids 12, 9, 5. What do you think I should order for one day in the park?
badgermom3, the details of the offer are on the Busch Gardens website.
